Pro Plumbing

We had an issue and created a ticket through our home warranty. Pro-plumbing contacted us to schedule an appointment. Weather caused some issues, but pro-plumbing kept in contact and kept us informed at all times. When they showed up, the technician (Nathan) was polite and professional. He assessed the situation and immediately resolved the problem. I would happily use pro-plumbing in the future!

Nathan came out to fix a leaking pipe in my small attic. He was quick, knowledgeable and very kind spirited. Great person to represent the company! I’ll be back for future plumbing issues!

*** Edit*** Our contract with American Home Shield is in both of our names - so if you look up Angela Condon or myself - Nicola - you most definitely will find that you are the actual company that came out and left us in a bad spot. I am not surprised at all by your response, it is in keeping with our initial experience. As much as I love to leave a good review… I just can’t. I have a home warranty company that sent you out for ground water coming up under the toilet. You said it was a clog on the mainline between the toilet and the main clean-out but you couldn’t determine 100 percent if that was the problem or not. You recommended we spend an additional $800 on some high powered air machine to see if it was a clog and if that cleared it. You also said (in your report) that you used 160 foot snake and that didn’t work therefore the air machine thing. The clean-out between toilet and exterior access port is less than 16feet. Maybe only 10. My warranty company only covers clogs under 100 feet. Now we know how men can be with their math… even IF I had spaghetti pipes from the house to the street it most def would not be 160 feet. My warranty company refused coverage and I have been arguing with them for MONTHS to send someone else out for a second opinion. It has been a nightmare and I am guessing it’s probably just a failed wax ring. My spouse and I are both battling cancer so our medical bills have chewed up all our money - I don’t know if you saw me and thought … oh she can afford $1,000 for a toilet leak but I can’t - which is why I have a home warranty. I have never had this problem with a contractor before who didn’t understand how to work with a home warranty and make sure their diagnosis wording didn’t screw the customer over completely. I wasn’t going to write this review but you keep sending me links to leave a GOOD review. Toilet is still out of service and I am probably going to have to look for a new home warranty company. So - Thanks? Maybe next time you can discuss with the customer before you leave them high and dry … or wet - whichever.

So grateful for Nathan’s persistence in finding the problem that a different company couldn’t find. He listened to us and just kept at it until he figured out where the leak was coming from. Once found, the repair was quick and you can barely tell where he had to go through paneling to reach the right spot. Highly recommend!

Initially I was pleased with their timely response and quality of work. A few weeks later and the garbage disposal falls off. Today 22 days later the piping comes undone as I am doing a large amount of dishes.
